Placing An Order

 

1.   How do I place an order?

Order our products on-line 24 hours a day using the shopping cart and pay with a credit card.  It's that simple!

 

2.   What payment method do you accept?

We accept MasterCard and Visa through our on-line shopping cart, via PayPal.

 

3.   Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum!

 

4.   Is it safe to use my credit card at your site?

Absolutely!  Allder Photo Cards uses "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) software.  It's the best software available for secure e-commerce business.  Your personal information, including your credit card number, is encrypted when being sent across the internet to our server.  THis means the letters and numbers you enter are scrambled, thus making it impossible for anyone to intercept your personal information.  Please be assured your order is safe and secure when shopping on-line at this site!

 

Sales Tax:  Michigan residents pay 6.0% sales tax.

 


 

Card Selection Information

 

1.   What size are the cards?

The size of all cards is 5" by 7".

 

2.   How are the cards packaged?

Each single card (with envelope) is placed in a protective cellophane-like bag.  Cards purchased in gift boxes are not placed in bags.

 

3.   What does the gift box look like?

The gift box has a white cardboard bottom and a clear view-top lid.

 


 

Shipping Information

 

1.   What are your shipping rates?

 Orders totaling $1.00 to $49.99 the shipping fee is $4.95

Orders totaling $50.00 to $99.99 the shipping fee is $9.95.

We are currently only shipping within the contiguous United States.

If you would like to be notified when we expand our shipping area, please contact us via e-mail.

 

2.   How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail for 2 - 3 day delivery.

 

3.   How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped within 10 - 15 days of receipt of order.

 

4.   Do you offer shipping insurance?

Insurance is optional.  Any lost item without insurance will be the buyer's responsibility.

 


Return Policy

 

1.   What is your return policy?

If cards are damaged from shipping, you may send them back within 7 days of receipt.  Please e-mail us for a return number.  All returns must be accompanied by this number.  Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or replacement.
